Return policy.

VOLT will attempt in all manners to repair or replace any faulty bike parts. Only when all attempts of repairs fail, would we replace or refund for the purchase.

VOLT may accepts a return due to a change of the mind. Please contact us first. We will need to examine the bike before making an offer.

VOLT does require the bike to be packed safely and boxed up by the user for a return pick-up.
